COSA offers leadership tool: Web-based professional development Print E-mail

Beginning this fall, Oregon school administrators will be able to bring nationally-recognized researchers and educational leaders into their buildings in "real time," through COSA's Web-based Professional Development for School Leaders.

"Administrators can align Web-based learning experiences for teams of leaders focused on district and school goals.  And schools and districts can deliver the most current content at low cost with delivery options of live or 24/7-365 access for the year," COSA Professional Development Director Colin Cameron says.

This fall, COSA and JK Thomas & Associates are partnering to provide three leadership Webinars:

Additional leadership Webinars are planned for winter.  As well, "Principals as Instructional Leaders" online seminars (for principals to use with their teaching staffs) will be unveiled by COSA and JK Thomas.

For questions about the program or suggestions about topics for future Web-based professional development call or email Colin Cameron or Craig Hawkins.
